We are delighted that you would like to spend more time enjoying your stay at Amanaki. Below are our early check-in/late check-out policies:

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM daily.
•
Early check-in before 9:00 AM will incur a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate, while check-in between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly room rate.
•
Late check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM will incur a 50% charge of one night's room rate.
•
Late check-out after 6:00 PM will incur a charge of 100% of one night's room rate.

We require a 100% deposit (or 50% of the total booking value) 3 days before check-in to secure your reservation. Payment methods: Credit card, cash, bank transfer, online payment link (Onepay).

We offer free cancellation or changes to bookings up to 3 days prior to check-in.
•
If you wish to cancel within 3 days of your check-in date, you will be charged for the first night.
•
In case of no-show, the full room rate for all nights will be charged and no refund will be given.

Up to one child under 6 years old stays free of charge when sharing existing beds with their parents.
•
A maximum of one child aged 6 to under 12 years old sleeping in the same bed as their parents will be charged an additional 20% of the room rate for one night.
•
Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged a 40% surcharge of one night's room rate (or required to book a separate room).

Our space is open to everyone. We welcome guests to visit your room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. However, we require identification upon guest entry. If you need a more comfortable space to entertain guests, or wish to add more people to your room, please contact the reception desk for assistance.

To protect the peaceful atmosphere and quality of life for all guests in the building, we respectfully decline to accept pets in the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are happy to provide an extra bed for your convenience at an additional charge of VND 1,325,000 (USD 50) . Please note that this option is only available for the Amanaki Sanctuary room category.

Yes, the hotel provides a two-way shuttle service from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. This service is subject to a fee and requires advance booking. Guests are kindly requested to provide their flight information (flight number, arrival time) to the reception desk for optimal arrangements.

In addition, for guests who book directly through the website, and for those booking 4 nights or more, we will provide a completely free round-trip shuttle service.
