• 50% of the room rate will be charged if you check in earlier between 9:00 and 14:00 or check out later between 12:00 and 18:00.

• 100% of the room rate will be charged if you want to check in earlier than 9:00 or check out later than 18:00.

• It is a 1-night-fee in case you don't show up or you want an early check-out.

For corporate bookings: We need to be notified via email or fax within 10 days prior to your arrival if you wish to cancel or change your reservation.

There are no extra fees for children under 12 years old sharing bed with parents.

For children over 12 years old: we charge 50% of the room rate or you can have an extra room to have a more comfortable space for your children.

Our space is for everyone. We welcome guests to visit your room from 7:00 to 22:00 every day. However, we need to see the guest's identification.
