Strongly believe in the beauty of hard work; we choose “NÚC” as the name of our kitchen and bar to emphasize the core values in our approach to food and beverage: 𝑉𝑖𝑒𝑡𝑛𝑎𝑚 𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝐸𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑙 and 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙.
