Here are our early check-in or late check-out policies:
• Early check-in before 12:00 is at 50% of the one-night room rate.
• Early check-in before 9:00 is at 100% of the one-night room rate.
• Late check-out before 18:00 is at 50% of the one-night room rate.
• Late check-out after 18:00 at 100% of the one-night room rate.
• Please be noted that early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
We accept a deposit of the first night stay to confirm the booking, we will receive the rest on your arrival date.
Paying account:
• For individual travelers (reservation under 2 rooms): Let us know at least 48 hours before arrival if you want to cancel or change your reservation. We will flexibly meet your needs.
• For corporate bookings (reservation from 2 rooms or above): Let us know at least 14 days before arrival if you want to cancel or change your reservation. We will flexibly meet your needs.
• Maximum 01 child under 06-year-old could share the existing bed with parents free of charge.
• Maximum 01 child from 06 to under 12 years old could share the existing bed with parents with a surcharge at VND 575,000/night.
• Children 12 years old and above are treated as adults and a surcharge of 50% room rate (or required to have their own room).
• Age configured by DOB.

Our space is for everyone. We welcome guests to visit your room from 7:00 to 22:00 every day. However, we need to see the guest's identification.
